Wine extremely elegant and pleasant with firm structure and the distinctive minerality of northern Piedmont wines. Notes of aromatic herbs, wild berries, menthol and flowers, together with sour cherry and white pepper. Ample and powerful on the palate, with a strong personality. Open Grenier oak casks are used for mash and fermentation. The wine is then aged in used oak barrels and large oak casks.
