Refund policy
Products and services sold are not refundable. However, we will offer a refund, or exchange, in the following cases:
- A mistake was made by us, in which case the products must be retained and you are required to contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- When you find any faulty product. You are advised to contact us and we shall replace free-of-charge the product that is proven to our satisfaction having been faulty, or damaged in transit, provided that within 24 hours after the delivery we receive from you a written notification of the occurrence, its nature and extent.
