Shipping policy
When placing an order with us, please note the following:
- For purchases of HK$800 or above, free delivery to a single destination is included on our delivery days. Purchases below HK$800 will require a flat rate of HK$100 for delivery.
- We deliver in Hong Kong only. Please inquire with us if you live on the islands and remote areas.
- We make every effort to deliver all the products in the purchase order in a timely fashion to the best of our abilities. Normally delivery is made within 2 days from product purchase. You will be informed about delivery date options upon completion of your order.
- You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for the delivery. We will not be liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by you. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs if you are not present to receive the goods at the agreed time, incomplete/wrong address is provided, or the delivery address is changed at the last minute.
- We shall not be liable for consequences of any kind due to delay in the delivery of the products.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances of any kind, we will contact you to arrange another delivery date.
- Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above, or Black Rain warning are hoisted. In such event, you will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.
- Unless otherwise stated in the purchase order, the risk in the products shall pass from us to you upon delivery.
- We reserve the absolute right to decline delivery service.
- We shall not be liable for any delay or service failure caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
