Wine produced from very old vines cultivated on the historical hill of San Sebastiano allo Zoppo, which archive records indicate it was cultivated for wine production already in 1436. On the nose, it is elegant and mineral, with intense notes of aromatic herbs, fresh mushrooms, dark shinned berries, leather and humus. Refined on the palate, balanced, very elegant, and greatly sapid with a long finish.
