The base is Erbaluce with Chardonnay and Cortese wines that provide a perfect canvas for this alpine vermouth that starts bitter, herbaceous and savoury and remains dry from start to finish. A focused, complex and compelling elixir. Main ingredients are wormwood and genepy from the Monte Rosa valleys, with Damask rose petals, wild fennel, oregano and caraway. Made in small quantities, to be enjoyed on its own, or with ice and lemon peel.
