Made with yellow grapefruit, bergamot, lime, lemon and sweet orange macerated with cardamom, gentian roots, cloves and cinnamon. Born in 2015, when bartenders Gianni Dell’Olio and Francesco Di Gioia were working on a new drink list and felt the need for an intensely citrus bitter. Ever since, this has become one of the best and preferred bitters in Italy.
