Made from whole green walnuts with the husks still on and infused in alcohol for at least 4 months. The resulting infusion is then left to rest for another six months on its own and then bottled. Excellent as an after-meal drink, ideal when added to coffee or as a topping for ice cream. Best enjoyed cold in summer, and warm in winter.
