The winery's most representative wine is obtained from grapes growing 500 to 600 meters above sea level. The fermentation is thermoregulated in steel tanks and is followed by a long maturation subsequent refinement in bottle for 24 months in total. The long ageing process allows for a wine full of character with typical hints of linden, pear, hazelnut, mint and mountain herbs gracefully enhanced.
