Explosive wine obtained through the use of Perpetual vinification process. After fermentation, the wine is transferred into perpetual 1000 litres barrels for ageing for at least 6-8 months. The result is a wine that is of great intensity, but very balanced and pleasant both on the nose and in the mouth. Very soft despite its full alcohol content.
