Alta Langa is a brut metodo classico spumante from the hills of southern Piedmont, made under the Alta Langa DOCG appellation. It is produced from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grown at high altitudes, where cool temperatures and limestone-rich soils preserve acidity and finesse. Aged on the lees for at least 30 months, it develops a refined and elegant profile with fine bubbles and notes of citrus, white flowers, and toasted brioche.
