"Full Proof" Amarone Grappa, unique for the full and original alcohol content. Obtained from the distillation in bain-marie in a discontinuous alembic still, and made to age for 36 months in small 500 liter oak barrels. Notes of great elegance on the nose, reminiscent of cocoa and roasted coffee. Sweet notes on the palate, with hint of chocolate and vanilla.
