Very special grappa obtained from selected red grape marc fermented without air, at controlled temperature, to obtain the finest and most delicate fragrances. The marc is then made to come into contact with fine wood and peat vapours before distillation, to give the spirit a peat flavour, mitigated by 18 months of wood aging.
