Grappa obtained from distilling fresh grapes, gently pressed. The marc is toasted before distillation, to give it greater softness and a refined and complex slightly smoked taste. The blend is then refined in new cherry wood barrels for the first 6 months and again into new and used barrels of medium toasted oak. Preferred by whisky lovers.
