A complex and elegant Grappa showing notes of vanilla, leather and coffee with hints of licorice and tobacco. The distillation took place separately for each grape in traditional bain-marie stills and the final blend was made to rest for 20 years in barrels, of which 3 years in cherry wood and 12 years in oak. Some barrels were previously used to contain Marsala and Passito wines or Brandy. Single release of 897 bottles, in an elegant wooden box.
