First Grappa created for mixology. Seeds and stems are removed to eliminate all woody flavours. The marc is then distilled five times with a continuous method in a plate column over 20 meters high. This affords for retention of only the purest, fruity and floral aromas of the grape, which create a spirit that is elegant and versatile with only 160 mg/liter of aromatic substances (impurities). Fantastic to drink on its on, on ice, in a Grappa and soda and in twists of classic cocktails such as Negroni.
