The Gibson line is a collaboration between Marian Beke and the Casoni distillery. This
liqueur is made with Italian figs and cherries and balsamic vinegar of Modena. The colour is deep bronze-brown. The nose is balsamic, pungent with notes of dried figs and almonds. On the palate it is rich and syrupy, complex with pronounced fig flavour.
