An amaro-amaretto hybrid, which is the result of a two-year collaboration between The
Gibson bar's owner Marian Beke, in London, and the historic Casoni distillery, in Italy. Made to emulate a savoury almond snack flavour, this liqueur makes for a great twist on an Amaretto Sour, with a splash of lemon and egg white. It can be enjoyed also with tonic, ginger beer, cola or coconut water.
