Classic dessert wine with typical notes of over-ripen grapes, candid fruit and sweet spices. The grapes for this wine are harvested late and left to dry on cane mats for 2 months, after which they are carefully selected and pressed. The dense must is then left to ferment in small wooden barrels which are filled and sealed for 4 to 5 years.
