Amaro that dates back to 1840, when Giuseppe Borsci, inspired by an ancient recipe inherited from his ancestors, produces this elixir in the town of San Marzano, in Puglia. The recipe is reminiscent of the flavours of Central Asia, where the Borsci originated and from where they escaped in ancient times. Versatile liqueur, delicious as a digestif, try it in summer with ice and soda, or in cocktails. Perfect on ice cream, coffee, yogurt and to make Tiramisu and pastries.
