This exquisite amaro was created in 1875 in Bormio, a charming town located in the Italian Alps renowned for its stunning skiing and the iconic Stelvio Pass. With a production as rare as it is limited, this amaro is a unique blend of alpine flowers, herbs, and roots that are aged for 15 months in small barriques. Aromatic notes of clove, liquorice, and blackberry are perfectly balanced with hints of dried fruit, gentian, juniper, mint, and bark, creating a complex and nuanced flavour profile that demands to be savoured slowly for the full experience.
