Grappa composed of a selection of different vintages of grape marc from only red Friulian grapes, aged in Slovenian oak barrels for different periods of time. Great balance between marc and wood aromas, with intense vanilla, spice and toasted walnut notes. Clean and persistent. Grappa dedicated to the wife of the founder, Giovanna, who was the inspiring muse of Bepi Tosolini. Bottled by hand in limited quantity.
