Nebbiolo marc from the Barbaresco area is distilled according to the traditional steam current method that extracts a fine spirit of limpid colour, rich in fruity notes. The spirit is then aged for a period of no less than 24 months in oak barrels that previously contained Barbaresco wines. Rich fruit, wild flowers notes and roasted and woody hints.
