This wine features an elegant, tannic profile with a velvety mouthfeel and notes of wild cherry, blackberry, vanilla, and tobacco. It boasts a full body and a well-balanced texture, achieved through a long fermentation process with extended maceration. After completing the alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in traditional oak barrels. It then goes for half in small Allier oak barrels, while the remaining half ages in large Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months. A final long refinement in the bottle adds depth and complexity.
