Exceptional biodynamic wine produced only in the best vintages in a number not exceeding 2000 bottles per year. Cultivation follows the moon phases while the grapes are pressed with the feet. Fermentation is spontaneous in cement tanks. The wine has a beautiful ruby red colour with purple reflections. On the nose it is intense, with complex notes of red fruit, tobacco and spices. Full-bodied, elegant, of great harmony with a long finish.
