An elegant and sophisticated rosato wine produced from more than 90% Nebbiolo grapes, rounded with autochthonous grape varieties Vespolina and Croatina. Fermentation occurs in a combination of steel barrels (90%) and used barrique barrels (10%). The result is a unique rose' that stands true to its name Al Posto dei Fiori (in Italian, "Instead of Flowers"). Excellently suited as a food companion and with an long life span of more than five years.
