This exceptional wine undergoes an extensive, natural maceration process, followed by fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. It is then aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months and in large Slavonian oak casks for 3 years. With a deep garnet red colour, this wine boasts complex aromas of red fruit and a bold, spicy finish. It is exclusively produced during the finest vintages.
