Unique wine obtained from Erbaluce grapes grown and harvested in the prestigious Caluso region, in Piedmont. The grapes are harvested early, and then let to dry in the cellar for 4 to 5 months, after which they are vinified and made to rest for 4 years in very used oak barrels. Finally, the wine rests in bottle for another year.
