Elegant wine obtained from gently pressed Pinot Nero grapes. Double fermentation and 14-month ageing on the lees. Pale rosé colour with visible and persistent perlage. On the nose it is delicate and vibrant with notes of wild strawberry and red flowers and a final note of fresh spice and Seville orange peel. On the palate it is inviting, rich and well-balanced, with a crisp acidity and mineral overtones in the long finish.
