Elegant and sophisticated wine obtained from gently pressed Pinot Nero grapes. Double fermentation and 24-month ageing on the lees. The colour is straw yellow with golden highlights and persistent perlage. On the nose it is fragrant and vibrant, with notes of balsamic white flowers and mineral hints. On the palate it is beautifully pleasant and well-balanced, with a bright acidity and mineral overtones in the long finish.
