A historic wine with a noble story. In 1964, Don Giacomo Cauda revived the nearly-extinct Ruché grape to sustain his parish, surprisingly creating wines of remarkable depth and elegance. When the priest was told to sell the vineyard, Ferraris acquired it and retained its original layout. This vintage marries the refined floral character of great French wines—rose petals and violet—with the robust structure Piedmont is known for. Ripe plum and cherry notes complete the profile. The bottle itself echoes Cauda's original 1960s design, a tangible link to winemaking heritage.
