This is an extra-strong bitter, inspired by Roger—a fellow castaway alongside Jefferson on the Calabrian peninsula—whose austere and sharp character was reserved for those who showed no respect for nature. Roger Bitter Amaro Extra Strong is both an Amaro and a Bitter, crafted from the finest hand-harvested Calabrian citrus fruits, including IGP Rocca Imperiale lemons, sweet and bitter oranges from Bisignano, and bergamots from Pellaro. These vibrant flavours are expertly blended with carefully selected bittering botanicals such as gentian, cinchona, and carlina. Free from artificial colorants and filtered only through linen cloths.
