Herbal liqueur of 15 aromatic herbs macerated for a 30-day period. The liquid is then rested for one month before being filtered, and then rests for an additional 30 days. Recommended for use in cocktails or to drink neat. It is a tribute to the grandfather of the actual master distiller, who every week used to run 120 km by bicycle to visit his girlfriend, who would offer him an amaro upon arrival.
