This organic Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is crafted in the traditional way, using centuries-old methods. The process involves slow aging of organic wines and musts in wooden barrels, without the addition of concentrated must, colorants (such as caramel), or sulphites. It is made from a variety of grapes, including Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montuni, resulting in a deep brown color and a balanced, intense flavor with a combination of sweetness and acidity.
