Prosecco Rose' Millesimato, extra dry, made from classic Glera grapes and a 10% of Pinot Nero grape variety to add a light pink colour. The two grape varities are fermented separately after soft pressing and blended before a second fermentation with Charmat method. Fine and persistent perlage with fuity and fragrant notes that result in a pleasantly fresh wine perfect as an aperitif, at brunch and meals.
