Wine made with grapes from the historic vineyard of Don Giacomo Cauda, who in 1964 was the first to vinify the long forgotten Ruche' as a means to support his parish. The vineyard produces extremely pleasant wines of great structure, able to combine the elegant aromas of the great French wines with the body of the great wines of Piedmont. Floral notes of rose petals and violet go together with fruity notes of plum and cherries. The bottle is a reproduction of the original bottle Don Cauda used in the 1960s.
